WP Offload SES email logs and delivery controls
WP Offload SES sends WordPress email through Amazon SES, its only supported sending service. An Amazon Web Services account is required. The add-on uses WordPress’s standard wp_mail() function, so compatible add-ons can use the same sending setup for form messages and newsletter email. Examples include Ninja Forms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, and Email Subscribers & Newsletters.

Verify senders before enabling website-wide email
The setup wizard guides you through connecting the site to Amazon SES. Set the default email address and name for WordPress notifications, verify the sending domain or email address, and send a test message before enabling site-wide sending. You can also configure custom Reply To and Return Path addresses.
Review activity and engagement
WP Offload SES Lite lists email sent from the site, shows Amazon SES send-rate statistics, and can send a weekly health report to your inbox. The paid WP Offload SES edition adds open and click reporting in the WordPress dashboard, along with searchable email entries. Filter by date or search by recipient and subject, view the saved content of an email, and review its opens and link clicks.
Engagement reports let you compare recipient response after changing a subject line or email copy. The paid edition can also resend a previously sent email.
Retries help recover failed sends
Amazon SES accounts have a maximum send rate. WP Offload SES accounts for that limit when sending. If a message fails, such as during a network issue, the paid edition queues it, retries sending a few times, and records failures. Administrators can manually retry failed messages after connectivity is restored.
Multisite settings can follow network needs
On a WordPress multisite installation, the network can apply the same email settings across the site, or individual subsites can use separate settings. This works with both centrally managed networks and sites that need local sender configuration.
Set up and test the sending route
Install and activate the plugin, then open Settings > WP Offload SES in the WordPress dashboard. Follow the setup wizard to configure the Amazon Web Services account and plugin. Set sender details, verify the sending domain or address, and send a test email. Enable site-wide sending after the test succeeds. For multisite, configure network or subsite settings before using the email workflow.
