UseStrict's Calendly Embedder Pro for WordPress Booking Workflows
UseStrict's Calendly Embedder Pro adds embed management and booking workflows to WordPress. It runs alongside the free add-on, and existing shortcodes keep working. Pro can find shortcodes already used in posts and pages and import them into a library. Save an embed once to reuse it across pages, then edit it in one place to update every page that uses it.

Configure and reuse Calendly embeds
The settings builder can use a Calendly Personal Access Token to show profile and event type settings in a dropdown. Without a token, enter a Calendly URL. The builder supports inline calendars, pop-up text links, and floating pop-up widgets, with settings for background, text and button colors, minimum dimensions, CSS classes, and inline styles. You can also conceal the cookie banner, landing page details, or event type details.
Place an embed with a shortcode, the dedicated Calendly Embed block, or the Elementor widget. The library keeps saved embeds available for reuse and lets you update their settings centrally.
Prefill booking fields on cached pages
Prefill the booking form with a logged-in user's name and email, query string values, or up to ten custom answers. JavaScript and Ajax apply the values in the browser after the page loads, so prefilling works with full-page caches and CDNs without placing user-specific values in cached page output.
Measure campaigns and booking activity
Set standard UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term values globally or for an individual embed. Calendly records the tags against the booking, and analytics utilities that read standard UTM parameters can use them.
Booking analytics show the journey from profile view to completed booking, along with monthly kept, no-show, and cancelled outcomes. GA4 and Meta Pixel events can be sent for each completed booking through tags already on your site. A read-only MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor query live booking data using the Calendly connection you already have, with no extra API key.
Connect bookings to other workflows
Send each new booking to a webhook URL for workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or a HubSpot workflow. Additional booking options include multi-event tabs, live availability beside the embed, email reminders, a bookings screen in wp-admin, WooCommerce integration, a redirect after booking, and CSV export of tracking data.
