YITH WooCommerce Order & Shipment Tracking Premium records shipment details on WooCommerce orders and displays them where clients can find them. Add a carrier, tracking number, pickup date, estimated delivery date and carrier tracking link. Customers can view the details in their account’s Orders list or on an individual order page, with a button that opens the carrier’s tracking page.

Manage shipment details

Choose from more than 480 supported carriers. Selecting a carrier lets the extension share the relevant tracking URL with customers. If you regularly use the same provider, set it as the default in the add-on options so its name is filled in on new orders. You can also import tracking information from a CSV file.

Show tracking to customers

Tracking information can appear in customer accounts and in emails sent when an order is completed. Choose whether the tracking text appears above or below the products table in emails. Customize the message with placeholders for the carrier name, tracking code and shipping date.

Use the plugin’s shortcode to create a custom order tracking page in your shop. The shortcode can also be used in the Elementor panel to place tracking content in an Elementor layout.

Connect order processes

The Premium edition integrates with the Premium edition of YITH WooCommerce Custom Order Status, allowing tracking information to appear in Custom Order Status emails. It also integrates with YITH Frontend Manager for WooCommerce.

Set up tracking

Install and activate the plugin in the WordPress administration area. Open its settings and select a default carrier if needed, then add tracking details to WooCommerce orders or import them from a CSV file. Configure the customer-account show, email position, custom tracking page and order-completion behavior before sharing shipment updates.
