YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons Premium adds selectable options and information fields to WooCommerce product pages. Create option blocks for all products, selected products, or specific categories, and conceal them from particular products. Customer selections and submitted details are included in the order information. WooCommerce must be installed and activated.

Option blocks can collect customization details for clothing or jewelry, choices for a configurable package, or extra requirements for a service. Customers can enter text for printing or engraving, pick a service, or add a related product.

Where blocks and conditions apply

Show add-ons to all visitors, logged-in users, or selected visitor roles. Rules can show or hide a whole block based on a choice, or reveal options when a particular variation is selected. On variable products, blocks are configured for the product rather than for an individual variation.

Fields and pricing rules

Field types include radio buttons, choose menus, checkboxes, text inputs and areas, number fields, color pickers, label or image choices, dates, file uploads, and related products. Text fields can have minimum and maximum character limits. Upload options include drag-and-drop support, allowed file formats, and a maximum file size. Date fields can have a default date and start and end years. Color choices can use swatches or images; an option image can replace the main product image on the product page and in the cart.

Options can be free, add a fixed or percentage cost, or apply a discount. Premium pricing controls can multiply the product price by entered text length or by the quantity of a quantity option, and can make the first set number of selected options free. Set an exact, minimum, or maximum number of choices, require selections before clients can add the product to the cart, and choose whether to replace the displayed product price with the updated total or show a price summary.

Display, cart, and order settings

Option blocks can include titles, descriptions, tooltips, HTML elements, backgrounds, padding, borders, and text or highlight colors. Choose whether a section opens or closes as a toggle, hide option names, descriptions, or prices, and set the number of options per row. Grid layout adjusts to page width. Add-ons can appear before or after the Add to Cart button, and option images can sit above or below their labels or to either side.

Choose whether selected add-ons appear in the cart, let customers change selections there through a modal window, and show or hide selected add-ons in order emails. Customer selections and submitted information are also included in order details.

Setup

Install and activate WooCommerce first, then install and activate the extension. Open Products Add-Ons under the YIT Plugins menu, create a block, choose its products or categories, add fields, and set visibility and pricing rules. Review the placement and layout, then configure any needed upload, date, color, or related-product settings.
