Conditional Payments for WooCommerce Pro applies rules to the payment methods already used in your store, including built-in and third-party options such as PayPal, Stripe, and Cash on Delivery. A rule can conceal a method when its conditions are met or show it only when those conditions are satisfied.

Order and customer details determine availability

A shipping method condition can limit Cash on Delivery to orders using Local pickup. A billing company condition can reserve Invoice for business customers and prevent private customers from ordering with it.

Conditions and conditional fees

Payment rules can use products, order subtotal, shipping method, and all billing and shipping address fields. Pro includes these features and adds conditional payment fees, along with conditions for:

• Coupons and currency
• Stock status, including in-stock entries and backorders
• Shipping class and product category
• Logged-in or logged-out status, user role, and groups
• Language through Polylang or WPML

Use these criteria to apply a payment method fee only when the relevant order, customer, shipping, product, or other supported conditions are met.

Configure and review rules

Install the plugin in WordPress, then add rulesets under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Conditions for the payment methods your store uses. Choose whether a method should be hidden or shown when conditions are met, and configure conditional fees where needed. Debug mode helps inspect payment behavior when a method does not appear or is restricted as expected.
