Pricing rules for customers and products
WooCommerce Catalog Mode, Wholesale & Role Based Pricing Premium lets stores set prices and purchasing options for various WooCommerce customers. Rules can target user roles, product categories, wholesale customers, or individual visitors.
Price adjustments and product coverage
Choose a fixed amount or percentage adjustment. Apply it to the regular price or a role-based price; sale-price controls can apply a discount or markup only to the sale price.
- Set role-based pricing for selected WooCommerce or WordPress user roles.
- Configure category-based adjustments for product categories.
- Create wholesale pricing arrangements or adjust prices for individual WooCommerce users.
- Add or remove WooCommerce and WordPress user roles. Roles created through the plugin are limited to the plugin.
Premium pricing capabilities cover simple, variable, and grouped products. For simple and variable products, role-based pricing can also be set on their product pages, with additional individual product customization options.
Catalog display and purchase options
For guests or selected roles, remove the Add-to-Cart button, replace it with a custom button, or conceal product prices. A custom button can link to another site when a product is sold through a third-party or affiliate destination.
Request a Quote is supported for simple, variable, and grouped products. You can also hide individual products from selected user roles, so different customer groups see different product selections.
Tax and language support
Premium capabilities include Role-Based WooCommerce Sales Tax options and WPML support. The role-based, category, wholesale, customer-specific, and quote request capabilities support simple, variable, and grouped products.
Installation and setup
Install and activate the Premium plugin on a WordPress site with WooCommerce in use. Create or select the user roles that need special treatment, then configure pricing rules, catalog settings, product visibility, buttons, and quote options. Review individual product settings where needed. Before publishing the configuration, test the store as a guest and as each relevant user role.
The Premium edition includes timely compatibility updates, bug fixes, and Premium support.
