CEV PRO for WooCommerce
CEV PRO extends the standard WooCommerce registration verification flow with email screening and additional checkpoints. During registration, a customer enters a one-time password (OTP) sent to their email before an account is created. PRO can add verification at checkout, from the cart, or during login. An email OTP confirms access to the submitted address; it does not establish a person’s real-world identity.

Screen email addresses and signup risk
Disposable email blocking covers 430+ known temporary and throwaway domains. AI temp-mail matching can identify newly appearing disposable domains, while bot-cluster detection looks for coordinated signup patterns. DNS-based MX record validation checks whether an email domain has a working mail server before an OTP is sent. CEV PRO can also assign each signup a risk score from 0 to 100 to help administrators review registrations, including those with ordinary-looking addresses.
Set verification points for purchases and sign-ins
Stores can require guest customers to verify by email OTP before completing checkout. Verification can also be triggered from the cart page before the customer reaches checkout. The checkout verification works with both classic and block-based WooCommerce checkout.
For phone verification, SMS OTP can be used instead of or alongside email through MSG91, Twilio, Vonage, or WhatsApp. At login, OTP verification can be required for an unrecognized device or browser. Settings can account for a new device, browser, location, or a period of inactivity, and an option can require OTP at every login. Two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator is also available.
Apply account rules and manage verification
CEV PRO includes domain allowlisting and address blocklisting, role-based verification rules, and an option to hold customer perks until the first paid order is complete. Smart Form can replace the standard WooCommerce login and registration forms with branded layouts based on four templates.
The verification analytics dashboard tracks signups, verification rates, failed attempts, and blocked spam over time. Administrators can send login notification emails, schedule cleanup of old verification logs, remind unverified customers at chosen intervals, or reset verified accounts to require verification again. A daily cleanup job removes stale unverified accounts. Additional controls are available for OTP email templates and verification popup styling, along with priority support.
Configure the shop workflow
Install and activate the WooCommerce verification extension, then select the verification methods and checkpoints the shop needs. Begin with registration verification and enable checkout, cart, SMS, login, or two-factor options as needed. Review the popup, email, OTP, and resend options before sending customers through registration or checkout. OTP settings include 4- or 6-digit codes, code validity duration, and resend limits. CEV PRO is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and works with Polylang compatibility alongside WPML support.
