CartBounty Pro for WooCommerce Cart Monitoring and Recovery
CartBounty Pro tracks WooCommerce carts from the moment a shopper adds a product. Store administrators can review live activity and abandoned-cart reports, then configure messages and other tools to follow up with shoppers.

A cart stays anonymous until the user delivers contact information through checkout, a user account, Exit Intent or Early capture, or grants web push permission. It becomes eligible for recovery once contact details are available. CartBounty considers a cart abandoned after 60 minutes without activity; any configured message delay starts after that period. A placed order removes the cart from the abandoned-cart list.
Review cart activity
- View carts in real time and receive notifications about newly abandoned carts.
- See reports on abandoned products and cart activity by country, including anonymous carts.
- Disable anonymous-cart tracking or limit it to selected countries.
- Export abandoned carts and use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent bots from leaving them.
- Use actions and filters for advanced configuration.
Choose recovery channels
CartBounty works with abandoned-cart reminders through the WordPress mail server. Pro adds email series through ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, Brevo or MailChimp, along with web push notifications, WhatsApp messages and SMS through BulkGate. Web push can reach visitors who have granted permission without requiring an email address or phone number. Webhooks can send cart data to automation services such as Make, Pabbly, Zapier or similar applications.
Personalize messages with dynamic content and IF, ELSEIF and ELSE conditions. Generate unique coupon codes, then track message opens, click-throughs, recoveries and unsubscribes. Pause, resume or restart an individual recovery process, and exclude carts by product, category, country, language, IP address or other criteria.
Capture details and support checkout
The Remember checkout fields capability retains entered checkout information when a shopper refreshes the page or moves around checkout. Exit Intent can show a popup when a visitor appears ready to leave. Early capture can save contact details from supported third-party plugins and custom email or phone fields after Add to cart is clicked. Both Exit Intent and Early capture can offer instant coupon codes. Dynamic tab notifications can bring a shopper's attention back after they switch to another browser tab.
CartBounty Pro also supports unfinished-order recovery and magic login for registered customers who open a recovery link. It can restore custom product fields, including product add-ons, and WooCommerce Product Bundles. Recovery messages can be translated with WPML, Loco Translate or GTranslate.
Set up the recovery process
Install and activate CartBounty Pro in WordPress, then configure cart monitoring, recovery channels, message delays, message content and exclusion rules. Use the reports to review cart activity and adjust the workflow for your WooCommerce store.
