Organize a WordPress file collection

BSK PDF Manager Pro helps administrators organize and display PDFs and other files on a WordPress website. Supported formats include PDF, ZIP, GZ, RAR, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIF, TIFF, SWF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote files. Files can be grouped by category or displayed as selected individual documents for resource libraries, client documents, and downloadable materials.

Choose how documents appear

Each PDF or document can have its own permalink to share. Updating a document version can retain its existing location, so visitors can use the same link. Add the plugin shortcode to a page or post to place a document or file display.

• Organize supported files by category or select individual documents.
• Use a permalink for each document and retain its location when updating versions.
• Place file shows in pages and posts with a shortcode.

PDF.js viewing and file links

When PDF.js viewing is enabled, the plugin uses Mozilla’s PDF.js to display PDF content in a browser. PDF.js includes browser viewing on PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. Other supported formats can be managed and displayed as file links.

Tools for document collections

The Pro edition supports featured pictures for PDFs and other documents, and can generate thumbnails from PDF files for visual listings. It also includes notifications and bulk-add options through FTP or the WordPress media area. These options can help administrators add files already available in those locations.

Set up the document flow

Install the plugin in WordPress, add files individually or in bulk, and organize them by category or select individual documents. Configure featured images, PDF thumbnails, notifications, or PDF.js viewing as needed. Then add the shortcode to the page or post where visitors should see the file link or document display.
