wpDataTables Premium for WordPress Data Tables
wpDataTables Premium turns structured information into tables and charts for WordPress. The data source shapes how you work: a file or sheet can supply existing records, WP Posts Builder can draw on site content, and a database table can reflect a query. You can also enter data manually.

Choose how the table gets its data
Build from Excel, CSV, XML, JSON, or serialized PHP arrays. Connect private Google Sheets through the Google Spreadsheet API, or use WP Posts Builder to make tables from posts, pages, and custom post types. Manual tables can be updated from existing CSV, Excel, and Google Sheets sources.
For database projects, create tables from MySQL queries or connect to MySQL, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL. Query builders help select and join database tables or select WordPress post types, custom fields, and taxonomies. MySQL tables can work with datasets containing millions of rows. Foreign keys link related tables, and front-end permissions can limit users to viewing and editing their own data.
Set up the display for its readers
Tables can be responsive and support sorting by one or more columns, row grouping, and single-cell shortcodes. Set skins, fonts, backgrounds, and colors for each table. Cell formatting includes merged cells, borders, media, links, star ratings, custom HTML, and shortcodes. Sticky headers and left or right columns help keep headings or identifiers visible while browsing a larger table.
Transform column values into links, email or phone triggers, or pictures. For advanced or cascading filters, the separate Powerful Filters add-on is available. WooCommerce integration creates product tables from shop data, with automatic updates and Add to Cart functionality.
Publish tables and charts
Use wpDataTables Premium for research results, academic information, comparison tables, pricing details, inventories, or product catalogs. Charts can accompany tables or articles. Once the source is connected or entered, configure columns and table settings, adjust the appearance, and add the table or chart to a post or page with its shortcode. Review editing and visibility settings before publishing.
Optional add-ons
The free Forminator Forms Integration add-on can create tables from form submissions. Separate paid add-ons provide master-detail tables, advanced cascade filters, Word or Excel report generation, Gravity Forms integration, and Formidable Forms integration. These add-ons are sold separately from wpDataTables Premium.
