WPForms Google Sheet Connector Pro for Form Sync
WPForms Google Sheet Connector Pro sends submissions from WordPress sites using WPForms Lite or WPForms Pro to connected Google Sheets. New entries can sync in real time as they arrive. Feed-based connections set where submission data goes, giving teams a shared spreadsheet workflow without manual exports, CSV downloads, or copy-and-paste work.
Connect WPForms to Google Sheets
WPForms Google Sheet Connector Pro sends submissions from WordPress sites using WPForms Lite or WPForms Pro to connected Google Sheets. New entries can sync in real time as they arrive. Feed-based connections set where submission data goes, giving teams a shared spreadsheet workflow without manual exports, CSV downloads, or copy-and-paste work.
Route forms and map fields
You can connect multiple forms, make multiple feeds for a form, and send a form to multiple Google Sheets. A feed can target a separate spreadsheet or a different tab in the same spreadsheet, so each team or workflow can have its own destination.
Field mapping determines which form values appear in which columns. You can reorder or rename sheet headers and use WPForms Smart Tags as column headers. The free version includes date-column functionality; Pro supports additional Smart Tags and advanced syncing settings.
Choose authentication and sync entries
The connector supports custom Google API integration through OAuth or a Service Account. Connect the Google account in the integration settings and grant Google Drive and Google Sheets permissions. The OAuth process is described as one-click; if authentication needs renewal, check those permissions.
New submissions can sync automatically, and Pro can also sync existing WPForms entries. Submission date and time can be sent to the sheet. Date-based syncing and filters let you choose records by date range or by conditions relevant to a workflow.
Data transfers directly between the WordPress website and the connected Google account. GSheetConnector states that form entries are not stored on third-party servers.
Format and troubleshoot the sheet
You can freeze the header row and style the header, odd rows, and even rows with colors. A debug log and system-status information are available to help troubleshoot connection or synchronization issues.
Common uses include following up on leads, sharing submissions with a team, preparing reports and dashboards, and collaborating in Google Sheets.
Set up a connection
Install and activate the Pro add-on on a WordPress site using WPForms Lite or WPForms Pro. Open the Google Sheet integration settings, connect an account with OAuth or configure the Service Account option, and grant the required Google Drive and Sheets permissions. Create a feed, select the form and destination sheet, then set field mappings, headers, filters, or formatting before saving. Submit a test entry and review the synchronized row in Google Sheets.
