Build flexible grouped products

WPC Grouped Product Premium helps WooCommerce stores bring individual products together into a unified grouped product. The items remain individual products, while the grouped listing gives customers a convenient way to view and add related products together.

Grouped products can be used to present bestsellers, new arrivals, favorite series, picks of the day, or other collections with something in common. They also provide a practical format for suggesting related items and supporting cross-selling. A grouped product can include predefined quantities for each entry, so the store can establish the starting quantity shown for the grouped listing.

Premium product selection

The Premium edition extends product grouping beyond simple products. You can add a variable product or a specific variation to a grouped product. This gives store owners more control when the group needs to include products with selectable options or a particular variation.

Control the grouped product display

The add-on includes display settings for both the grouped product and its individual items. You can display or hide product details such as price, description, and thumbnail. The link to individual products can also be enabled or disabled, depending on whether customers should open each item’s product page.

You can personalize the price format at the system and product level, edit text above or below the item list, and use varied positions for the grouped product list. Add to Cart labels can be edited on the archive and single product pages. The main product’s image and price can also be changed when a variation is selected.

Customer-facing options

Premium grouped products can allow a zero-price main product to be added to the cart. The grouped format can also support zero- or low-price gifts, giveaways, or free entailed services involving other products. Discounts are not applied automatically to grouped products; discounts can be offered through WooCommerce coupons or vouchers entered at checkout.

Compatibility and store workflow

WPC Grouped Product Premium is compatible with WPC Variations Radio Buttons for interface presentation and WPC Smart Quick View for helping customers view products quickly. It is also compatible with other WPC plugins, most WooCommerce add-ons, and WordPress themes.

After creating a grouped product, select its items, arrange them, set quantities, and configure the information and labels customers should see. The resulting listing can bring related products together without replacing the individual products in the store.

Installation and setup

1. Install and activate the add-on.
2. Create or edit a WooCommerce product for the grouped listing.
3. Search for and add the products, variable products, or specific variations to the group.
4. Set predefined quantities and rearrange items with drag and drop.
5. Configure product details, links, labels, price format, list position, and other available display settings.
6. Save the grouped product and review its archive or single-product presentation.
