Video Gallery - Vimeo and YouTube Gallery Pro creates responsive video galleries in WordPress. Add YouTube URLs, Vimeo embed links, or both to the same gallery. You can add unlimited links from either source.
For each video, enter a title, description, and link as needed. The selected view determines how those details and other available information appear.
Choose a view for the collection
Seven views provide different ways to present the videos:
- Content Video Slider: Shows videos individually with a title, description, and link button.
- Lightbox Video Gallery: Displays videos in boxes without text and opens them in a lightbox.
- Video Slider: Arranges videos in a slider with titles directly on the video.
- Thumbnails: Uses thumbnail boxes with titles on hover and opens selected videos in a lightbox.
- Justified View: Places videos beside each other without padding between them. An order-changing option can change their arrangement when the page is refreshed.
- Blog Style View: Presents the gallery content in a blog-style layout.
- Content Popup: Uses a popup-oriented layout for gallery content.
The choice of view affects how users browse and which details can be shown. Depending on the layout, you can display video titles, descriptions, links, uploader-provided information, or background pictures. Slider layouts also let you choose how videos slide and adjust their styles.
Adjust gallery and lightbox styling
The Pro edition includes general and lightbox settings for changing colors, font sizes, effects, and other design options. Configure lightbox styling in the Lightbox Options section. Thumbnail layouts can use background images and open selected videos in a lightbox.
Create and publish a gallery
Upload the plugin through the WordPress dashboard. Add YouTube URLs or Vimeo embed links to a gallery, then enter titles, descriptions, and links as needed. Select one of the seven views and review the general and lightbox settings. Generate the gallery shortcode and paste it into a post, page, or widget area.
