Ultra Addons for Contact Form 7 Pro extends Contact Form 7 with tools for form layouts, visitor flows, integrations, and submission handling. The Pro version includes the capabilities available in the free version, plus options for appointment requests, product forms, file collection, and managing entries. Enable the addons that fit each form.

Guide visitors through the form

Conditional Field Pro applies advanced rules to sliders, country dropdowns, star ratings, and geolocation fields. Conditional Redirect sends visitors to a destination based on their selections. Conversational Form presents questions as an interactive sequence, while Multi Step Form Pro divides a long form into stages and works with pre-designed skins, custom navigation button text, and background images. Form Submission Preview lets visitors review and edit their answers before submitting. Save and Continue Later lets them save partial progress and resume from another device.

Collect details and arrange fields

Booking and appointment forms support scheduling requests. Repeater fields let visitors duplicate text fields, file uploads, checkboxes, and textareas. IP Geo Fields can autocomplete country, city, state, and ZIP fields. For presentation, use custom column widths and Global Form Styler to manage form styling. Drag-and-drop multiple file uploads let visitors attach several files.

For WooCommerce forms, the Pro product dropdown can display products by ID or category and allow multiple selections. Product Grid View presents products in cards with images, prices, and checkboxes. WooCommerce Checkout Integration can add selected products to the cart when a form is submitted, then send the visitor to checkout.

Send and manage submissions

Database Pro provides tools to filter, organize, search, and manage saved entries. Frontend Post Submission can turn submissions into blog posts or custom post types with categories, tags, and featured images. PDF Generate Pro makes PDF output from a submission, and Email Piping captures email replies in the WordPress dashboard. Weekly Email Summary sends a digest of submission counts.

Connect forms to Google Sheets, Slack, Twilio, Salesforce, or administrator-configured webhook endpoints. MailChimp Pro supports consent checkboxes and custom audience field mapping. WhatsApp integration can send submitted values to chat threads and pass dynamic Contact Form 7 tag data. Google reCAPTCHA Integration and Spam Protection Pro provide spam-management options; Prevent Duplicate Entries can block repeated submissions based on fields or time windows.
