EventON Full Version extends a WordPress event calendar with more ways to display schedules, find events and manage listings. Site managers configure views and event details; visitors view the schedule with the layouts and filters enabled for the calendar.

Choose a view for the schedule

Grid, weekly and yearly views show events at different scales. A yearly view covers a broader period, while a weekly view focuses on one week; the grid layout presents events in a grid. The multi-view switcher lets visitors move between available views.

Search and link to events

Advanced search can use event taxonomies, subtitles and postmeta values. Enhanced filters include active-filter features and a reset option, so visitors can adjust their selections. Link from Anywhere can direct visitors from different parts of a site to individual event pages.

Manage event details and styling

Enable the edit event icon to update details from the event top, and assign multiple organizers to an event. EventCard Designer includes seven layouts, while EventTop Designer lets you customize the top section of an event. Custom Google Map styles are also supported.

Zoom OAuth integration connects with Zoom for virtual event management. Autonomous Functions can move past events to trash or mark them completed. Virtual event content can be added after an event.

Extend the calendar with addons

EventON Full Version works with EventON addons, with premium options including Tickets, RSVP and Seats. These addons extend event calendars with ticketing, RSVP or seat capabilities.

Reuse event data and set languages

Multi Data Types support lets you reuse content types across events and update them together. Language corresponding event settings let you assign languages to events and create calendars that show events in selected languages.

Set up the calendar

Install and activate the plugin on your WordPress site, then configure event views, search, filters, organizers and any addons you use. Create or edit events and select the layouts visitors will see. If you are moving from Lite and want to keep its settings and data, first enable “Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” under Settings > General and save changes. Then uninstall Lite and install Full.
