WP WooCommerce Mailchimp Pro adds product-level controls and subscription syncing to the WooCommerce and Mailchimp connection. Choose whether customers are sent to a designated list after order creation, processing, or completion. Interest groups and tags can also be used.

Set mappings for products and variations

Use global defaults for Mailchimp lists, interest groups, tags, and merge fields, then override them for specific products or individual variations. For example, monthly and annual settings can use different mappings. Merge field mapping connects WooCommerce order, customer, or product fields to Mailchimp merge fields without writing code.

Configure checkout and subscription behavior

Checkout can use quiet subscription or a consent-based opt-in, depending on the store’s configuration. Choose whether to display an opt-in checkbox, set its label and default checked or unchecked state, and control its placement in the classic shortcode checkout. Mailchimp double opt-in settings control whether customers receive a double opt-in email. In block-based checkout, the checkbox renders natively and follows WooCommerce’s checkout styling.

With WooCommerce Subscriptions, Mailchimp membership can sync with active, cancelled, and expired subscription states. When a subscription expires, configure the customer to be unsubscribed, or have their tags or interest groups removed.

Requirements and setup

Requirements are PHP 7.4 or newer, WordPress 6.2 or newer, and WooCommerce 8.3 or newer. Install the add-on on a site that meets these requirements, configure the Mailchimp list and checkout preferences, then set global mappings before adding product or variation overrides. For subscription products, configure lifecycle behavior and expiration actions. Multisite support is intended for each blog in the installation.
