BEAR WOOBE Premium manages WooCommerce products in batches from one editor. Product filters set the scope for bulk edits, exports and deletions, so you can work with matching products without opening them individually.

Filters define which products are changed

Combine product criteria to find items for a price adjustment, stock review or category update. Set a new price or adjust it by a percentage or fixed amount, and schedule sale prices with start and end dates.

• Update stock, SKU, status, categories, tags, attributes, custom taxonomies and custom meta fields.
• Edit variable products and their variations, including advanced variation operations.
• Bulk-delete products that match selected criteria.
• Use the price calculator for decimal fields and edit serialized JSON metadata in a popup with a built-in data constructor.

Assistant requests use the same catalogue

The built-in MCP server connects an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT in developer mode, or an agent of your own, to catalogue processes. An assistant can filter products, apply bulk edits, review catalogue information or prepare CSV exports. Changes are previewed before they are written, and History can roll back a bulk operation.

Exports and saved views

Export filtered products as CSV in WooCommerce's native data format for use with its importer. Choose the export columns and save profiles for column sets or filter combinations to load those views again.

Product data saves through AJAX. Related taxonomies can be attached automatically for editing, and the interface supports shared product editing without visitors interfering with one another. Documentation and video tutorials are available for setup and daily use.
