Audience tools in one WordPress dashboard

Shareaholic groups social sharing, related content, analytics, monetization, and social follow tools in one dashboard. Choose the functions your site needs, then arrange them with a drag-and-drop interface without coding. Selective and lazy loading loads chosen functionality when needed.

The add-on supports mobile layouts, widgets, infinite scroll, post formats, HTML5, and XHTML. Share and follow buttons use SVG icons. Buttons can appear alongside page content or over images, and floating share buttons can sit beside the page.

Sharing, follow buttons, and privacy

Add share buttons and counters for Facebook, Pinterest, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), Reddit, LinkedIn, Gmail, Tumblr, Flipboard, Pocket, Viber, Trello, Facebook Messenger, and many other destinations. Follow buttons link to profiles on services such as Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Supported URL shorteners include Bitly with custom tracking, J.mp, TinyURL, and Shr.lc.

The Share Count Proxy can retrieve share counts server side and cache them. When enabled, it lets users view counts without social networks receiving their data simply because they loaded a page. The plugin also offers an official Google Analytics integration.

Related content and monetization

Related content tools can recommend posts and products, with themes you can adjust to fit your website. Related Content Advertising Tools can promote content and products across the Shareaholic network. Other monetization options include affiliate links, outstream video ads, and promoted native content.

Analytics and paid Pro options

Content analytics reports popular pages, referral channels, and top referrers. Google Analytics integration includes UTM tracking parameters, with social data available in the Shareaholic dashboard and Shareaholic data available in Google Analytics. Review reports by content, author, or custom tags to compare author performance and see how visitors find individual stories, products, authors, and sections.

Paid Pro capabilities include Share Count Recovery, which helps preserve counts when URLs change, site taxonomy is adjusted, or a site switches to HTTPS. Paid services also include advanced analytics, premium customization options, priority support, and the option of a dedicated account manager.
