Better Payment Pro lets you build payment forms on WordPress for distinct needs, from a one-time donation to a product payment or recurring subscription. Create separate forms and adjust their appearance for each workflow.

Choose a form for the payment

Use the available form styles for general payments, donations, fundraising, or product payments. Forms can also support membership payments and eCommerce products. For fundraising, the Campaign Builder lets you start from scratch or personalize a ready-made template around a cause, event, or fundraising goal.

Connect a payment service

Stripe includes Stripe Elements Checkout and an on-site checkout option. Available Stripe payment options support American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. PayPal accepts payments and donations; Paystack includes another way to collect payments or donations. Configure forms for 22 or more global currencies.

Set up recurring payments

The Pro subscription feature lets you make subscription forms through direct Stripe integration, collect recurring payments, and check subscription status. WooCommerce stores can also take recurring payments through Stripe. Set the billing cycle on the existing product screen without creating a separate product type.

Review transactions and send customer messages

Transaction pages show payment history and let you filter by transaction ID, email, amount, source, and payment date. Import transactions or export them as CSV documents. Better Payment Pro can generate transaction invoices for customers to receive by email or print and download as PDFs.

Customize success, thank-you, and error messages without coding. A success message can include a logo.

Check payment activity

Pro includes built-in analytics for total, completed, and in-progress transactions, with refunded transactions available to track from the analytics area.

Install and publish

Install Better Payment Pro on your WordPress site and connect the payment services you plan to use. Create a form or campaign, pick its payment method and currency, then customize the form and customer messages. For subscriptions, configure the billing cycle and Stripe connection before publishing.

Place forms with the Elementor widget, the Gutenberg block, or the Elementor form widget integration. Use separate forms for different donation, fundraising, product, or subscription workflows.
