Which zoom style suits the image?
Choose inner zoom, a round lens, a square lens, or outer zoom with a separate Zoom Window. Place the window to the left or right of the image; it adjusts to the browser width. Pro lets you set magnification to 2x or 3x the displayed image size. For the enlarged view to show additional detail, upload an image larger than the version displayed on your website.
Visitors can use Mousewheel Zoom to inspect an image. Animation easing makes the lens follow the pointer with a delay, and a fade effect controls how the enlarged area appears and disappears. Settings include lens size, border color and size, shadow, rounded corners, and other visual details.
Where can you apply magnification?
Apply zoom to images in posts and pages through the WordPress editor, or use it with supported page-builder image elements. Builder layouts use the zoooom CSS class on the image. Guidance covers Gutenberg, WPBakery, SiteOrigin, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, Avia, Fusion, Brizy, and Tatsu. Builder support is intended for Image elements; Pro also works with zoom across gallery images.
Use the effect with WooCommerce product images, including variations, and with SureCart product content, portfolio images, Easy Digital Downloads featured images, and MarketPress content. Zoom also works within lightboxes and carousels, and can be applied to more than one image on a page.
What should you check with your theme?
WP Image Zoom Pro adds zoom to the gallery already present; it does not replace a product gallery. Some themes use their own carousel, gallery, or slider, so compatibility depends on how that component is built. Check the effect with your theme, lightbox, carousel, and image sizes before publishing.
How do you set it up?
Install WP Image Zoom Pro in WordPress and choose a zoom style and visual options in its administration interface. Apply zoom through the editor, add the zoooom class to suitable page-builder images, or configure supported product and gallery content.
