Set Pro pricing conditions
- Wholesale and role-based pricing: make pricing for wholesale customers or set prices according to user roles.
- Conditional pricing: apply offers when defined conditions are met, including conditions based on previous purchasing activity.
- Advanced quantity tiers: set quantity-based prices with per-tier percentages and role-based tiers.
- Product bundles: discount selected product combinations.
- Checkout fees: configure fees as part of checkout pricing rules.
- Live price show: show pricing changes as customers review purchase settings.
Choose the discount rule
Everyday promotions include bulk and quantity discounts; category discounts by percentage or fixed amount; percentage discounts for individual products or the whole store; scheduled offers; and buy-one-get-one promotions. BOGO rules can let customers buy one, two, or three entries to receive one, or use a Buy X Get Y structure.
Cart and order rules can discount the cart or order total. For example, an offer can reduce prices across the store by a percentage or apply a discount when a customer reaches a specified spending amount. Depending on the rule, coupons can be entered manually or applied automatically. Individual rules can also exclude products.
Review how offers appear
Quantity and bulk pricing tables can appear on product pages or elsewhere using the [wccs_bulk_table] shortcode. Product page messages explain active rules before customers add items to their cart. A You Saved display can show total savings in the cart and at checkout. Dashboard analytics report rule impressions and performance, while discount templates help you create common rules more quickly.
Configure shipping rules
Shipping support includes free shipping by cart total, weight-based methods, and scheduled methods. Rules can show or hide shipping options according to cart total, weight, entry count, or date.
Install and verify the setup
Install the Pro edition in your WordPress WooCommerce site, then open its administration panel and create pricing or discount rules. Select the relevant products, categories, customer conditions, quantities, dates, or cart requirements. Review the display settings and save the rule. Then check the product, cart, and checkout areas to confirm how the offer appears to customers.
