Build buttons for each campaign
Use the Button Manager to make a button and generate its shortcode. Place several buttons on one post or page, or use different buttons around your site. Configure each button’s language and currency, choose its image, assign a PayPal account, and set how the PayPal window opens. Choose from seven PayPal button designs or upload your own image. The add-on supports 18 languages and 25 currencies, with language and currency set per button.
Set amounts and recurring schedules
Pro supports up to 20 amount choices in a dropdown menu; the standard setup described for the base donation features supports up to 10. Configure recurring donations by day, week, month, or year, including an option for them to continue indefinitely. A recurring donation dropdown can show donors the available schedules.
Review donations and test payments
View donations in the WordPress admin area and use the dashboard widget to check recent donations. The options include instructions for connecting PayPal and Stripe, creating accounts if needed, and setting up Sandbox accounts. Sandbox testing uses test accounts and fake money to check the payment flow before you invite public donations.
Install and place a button
Install the plugin in WordPress, configure the required values on its settings page, and connect the payment services you plan to use. Create a donation button in the Button Manager, copy its shortcode, and add it to the post, page, widget, or other supported location where you want donors to find it. Check the button and payment flow with the available Sandbox instructions before publishing it for public contributions.
