Choose WordPress data and file layout

WP All Export Pro is a paid upgrade with a three-step workflow: select a content type or data set, choose fields with drag-and-drop controls, then arrange the output. Export posts, products, orders, customers, custom post types, and custom fields added by themes or add-ons. Each export handles one post type at a time, so exporting a full website requires separate exports for its post types.

Rename CSV columns or XML elements and reorder fields to fit the destination. WP All Export works with CSV and XML; Pro adds true Excel exports in .XLS and .XLSX formats. You can also pass values through a custom PHP function before they are added to an export.

Filter and schedule recurring exports

Filtering rules include only entries that match your criteria, such as WooCommerce orders above a chosen amount, products with a particular attribute, or posts from a defined period. Configure exports to run on a schedule you choose for recurring tasks such as reporting sales, new visitor sign-ups, or product stock.

Pro integrates with Zapier to send exported data to more than 500 apps, including Dropbox and Google Drive. Use it to create or update reports in Google Sheets or send email updates. Scheduled exports can be combined with Zapier for recurring delivery.

Pro also exports WordPress users and their available custom data, plus WooCommerce order item data. Order item data is stored separately by WooCommerce and is available through Pro.

Edit, import, or migrate data

Open an export in Excel or Google Sheets to edit data or prepare a report. WP All Export can generate settings for WP All Import, so you can export content, revise it in a spreadsheet, and import the changes back into WordPress. The same approach can support a move between WordPress sites when the export is structured for the destination.

Run an export

Install and activate WP All Export Pro, choose a content type or data set, select fields, and arrange the output. Add filters or a schedule if needed, choose CSV, XML, or Excel, then run the export. If you plan to import the file back into WordPress, review the generated WP All Import settings before importing.
