Send Gravity Forms entries to a selected sheet

Connector for Gravity Forms and Google Sheets Premium sends submissions from Gravity Forms on your WordPress site to a selected Google Sheet through a configured feed. OAuth 2.0 connects a Google Sheets account, and the connector can link multiple Google Sheets to Gravity Forms.

Set up feeds and map fields

Configure the integration in Gravity Forms settings, then make a feed for an individual form. Choose the destination sheet and map Gravity Forms fields to the Google Sheet fields where their values should go. Premium supports unlimited feeds, phone number field mapping and sending Gravity Forms attachments to Google Sheets.

Choose which entries reach the sheet

A feed can send every entry or filter submissions according to information entered by the user. For example, you can configure it to send only entries containing a work email address. A filter applies to that feed, so entries that do not meet its condition are excluded from that feed.

Entries can be sent automatically when someone submits a form. You can also send entries manually for a selective transfer or to resend a submission.

Check delivery status

The Google Sheets logs record submissions and display whether each entry was sent or not sent. Review the status, then resend an entry manually when needed.

Capture additional submission data

Premium can track GCLID, UTM parameters and geolocation when a user submits a contact form. It also supports looking up a customer's email address or phone number through popular email and phone number lookup services. Premium includes 20 or more add-ons that extend the available integration options. The listed Premium options also include saving Gravity Forms entries to Google Docs or Google Drive through the Google Sheets mapping process.

Installation and setup

1. Install and activate the connector alongside Gravity Forms.
2. Go to Forms → Settings → Google Sheets and add a Google Sheets account.
3. Select a form and open Settings → Google Sheets.
4. Create a feed, choose the Google Sheet and map the required fields.
5. Send a test entry using the Send to Google Sheets button.
6. Open the Google Sheets logs to verify the status of sent entries.
