Automated WooCommerce invoicing
Invoices for WooCommerce Premium helps WooCommerce stores reduce manual invoicing work by generating PDF invoices and packing slips. The add-on can attach invoices to selected WooCommerce email types and send invoice files directly to clients. Premium expands delivery options, document handling, customization, and bulk administration for stores with more demanding invoicing workflows.
Core document features
Invoices can be generated automatically, or created and deleted manually when needed. Customers can download invoices from the My Account page, while store administrators can mark invoices as paid. The add-on supports WooCommerce order numbering or built-in sequential invoice numbering, along with numerous invoice and date format options.
PDF packing slips are also available for fulfillment workflows. Invoice templates are designed to be clean and customizable, and the advanced items table can include refunds, discounts, various item tax rate columns, and other selected invoice details.

Delivery and storage process
Invoices can be connected with Google Drive, Egnyte, Dropbox, or OneDrive. This gives stores additional destinations for sending invoice files alongside WooCommerce email delivery. A typical workflow can generate an invoice from an order, attach it to the required email, store it with a connected service, and make it available to the customer from My Account.
Templates and setup
Install and activate the Premium plugin in your WordPress WooCommerce environment, then configure invoice, email, numbering, delivery, and template settings. To create a custom template, copy the default template folder from extensions/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/includes/templates/invoice/simple to uploads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/templates/invoice/simple. The plugin detects the copied template and makes it available for selection. Review the changelog before updates because template files may change.
Use the available settings to define how invoices are numbered, formatted, delivered, and presented. Bulk utilities and periodic global invoices can help organize larger order volumes, while reminders and payment due dates support follow-up after invoicing.
