When fields need to calculate results
The drag-and-drop builder includes common form controls, conditional rules, multi-page forms, and multi-column layouts. Its formula editor accepts JavaScript expressions and functions, with syntax highlighting and real-time error detection. You can also use the form generator with a plain-language description, ask the AI Assistant to refine equations or form content, search entries with natural-language queries, and connect external agents through MCP.
Forms work with Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery, and SiteOrigin. You can also publish a form on a WordPress page, post, or template using its shortcode.
What Professional adds
Professional includes the base form-building capabilities and adds tools for payment, confirmation, protection, and submission workflows:
- Accept PayPal and Stripe payments, including recurring subscriptions. A calculated field can determine the charge amount.
- Send users confirmation emails with their submitted data. The base plugin can send notification emails to the website owner.
- Import and export forms between WordPress sites, and export submissions to CSV for spreadsheet tools.
- Choose Math or Classic CAPTCHA, and protect forms with WordPress nonces and honeypot fields.
- Show a submission summary on the Thank You page, view a dashboard widget with the past week's submissions, and use form caching to increase rendering speed.
- Use payment flows compatible with SCA requirements under PSD2.
Configure fields, calculations, conditional behavior, notifications, and payment options in the form builder. Test representative entries and payment flows before publishing. Professional is offered as a one-time purchase with lifetime access to plugin updates.
