weForms Personal is one of four paid plans, alongside Business, Professional and Developer. The product information describes advanced capabilities and integrations across the paid lineup without mapping each feature to an individual plan. The weForms builder creates WordPress forms in a single-page drag-and-drop editor with real-time preview and submission management in the dashboard.

Build and place a form

Choose a predefined template or start with available fields, then arrange the form in the builder. Templates cover registration, applications, payments, reservations, polls, feedback, requests and events. You can make unlimited forms for different pages or workflows. Add the finished form to the WordPress editor with the weForms block, or use a shortcode with other page builders.

Fields and layouts

The builder includes more than 20 custom fields, including address fields and multi-choose boxes. Column fields let you arrange and resize fields within a form. The paid feature list includes advanced fields, a country list field, file uploads, conditional logic, multistep forms, calculations, quizzes and geolocation tracking.

Submission settings and entries

Preview the form in real time and adjust its appearance or behavior. Configure email notifications, customized messages and HTML email templates, then set a redirect, entry limit or expiry date as needed. AJAX submission sends entries without a page refresh. You can review submissions in the WordPress dashboard.

The paid feature list also includes SMS notifications, PDF versions of submitted forms and submission data sent through supported email services. Forms are responsive on computers, phones and tablets, and the add-on includes anti-spam and reCAPTCHA integration.

Integration options

The paid lineup lists connections for email marketing, payments, CRM and productivity workflows:

• Email marketing: MailChimp, MailPoet, AWeber, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, GetResponse and ConvertKit.
• Payments: PayPal and Stripe.
• CRM: Salesforce, Zoho and HubSpot.
• Productivity and analytics: Google Analytics, Zapier, Google Sheets and Trello. Slack can send submission notifications.

Import and export

Forms can be imported or exported to continue work elsewhere or save form data offline. Form submissions can also be exported.
