YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce Premium
YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce Premium lets shops hide prices or “Add to cart” buttons for selected products and invite clients to request a quote. This can suit wholesale, retail, service, and other sales where pricing depends on customer needs. Customers add products to a quote list, complete a request form, and submit their requirements. Variable products are supported, including specific variations. The administrator receives an email notification and can prepare a custom quote.

Set quote button visibility by page, product, customer, or stock
The Premium edition can show the “Add to quote” button on additional WooCommerce pages, including shop and category pages. Use the Exclusion List to show or hide the button for specific products. For customer access, the button can be limited to registered users or selected user roles. For stock-based show, it can be set to appear automatically only for out-of-stock products.
For the quote page and email, choose which product and cart details to show: pictures, prices, SKUs, quantities, totals for individual products, and the total for all products. While preparing a request, customers can use “Return to shop” and “Update list.”
Choose how request forms collect information
Enable and edit the advanced default form without an external form plugin. Add, remove, or change fields to collect the details your business needs. Alternatively, use a form created with Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, or WPForms.
Autocomplete can fill returning customers’ information in the quote request form. Customers can also convert cart contents into a quote request from checkout. After submission, show custom text and redirect customers either to a specific thank-you page or to the quote detail page.
Prepare quotes and handle customer decisions
The add-on can automatically create and send a quote using amounts calculated from default product prices. Quote requests can also be managed as orders with the “quote request” status. Customers can review their quote list from the “My Account” page and download quotes as PDFs.
Customers can accept or reject a quote from the quote email, PDF document, or account area. When rejecting a quote, they can leave feedback. A widget helps customers track their quote list and can be placed in a header, sidebar, or another widget area.
Install and configure the plugin
Install the Premium plugin on a WooCommerce site, activate it, and open its request-a-quote settings. Configure product visibility, quote buttons, forms, customer messages, redirects, emails, and account-area options before adding the request list and form to a page.
The plugin is listed as compatible with YITH WooCommerce Catalog Mode and YITH WooCommerce Waiting List.
