Booking Calendar adds an availability calendar and booking form to a WordPress site for appointments, reservations, rentals, services, consultations, classes, events and other bookings based on availability. Visitors select full-day dates, an appointment start time or a time slot, depending on the booking workflow, then enter their details and submit a request. Administrators manage requests in WordPress.

Personal: separate resources and booking management

Booking Calendar Personal lets you create an unlimited number of separate booking resources, each with its own calendar. A resource can represent a property, service, rental entry or another bookable offering. Configure booking forms and email templates, then manage bookings with tools to add notes, edit or duplicate entries, change their assigned resource and export them as CSV.

Visitors can use responsive forms on desktop and mobile. Administrators can review, approve, decline or edit bookings, with email notifications available for administrators and customers.

Business Medium: pricing, payments and custom forms

Business Medium includes Personal capabilities and adds online payments, multiple custom forms and pricing controls. Configure various forms and fields for different booking resources or services.

Set daily rates by season or weekday as fixed costs or percentages of the original daily cost. Multi-day pricing can vary by the number of selected days and the season of the check-in date. Early-booking and last-minute discounts depend on the time between the booking date and check-in date.

Advanced costs can add taxes or services, or adjust the total based on visitor count. Deposit payments let users pay a fixed amount or a percentage of the original booking cost after creating a booking.

Business Medium also includes availability controls for different time slots by weekday or season, seasonal unavailable dates, selected-day rules and availability limits starting from today. You can set unavailable time before or after a booking for cleaning or other services.

Calendar setup and synchronization

Booking Calendar can display unavailable dates and time intervals, and the Drag & Drop Form Builder supports multi-step forms. Bookings can be synchronized using .ics feeds, and Google Calendar events can be imported.
