WordPress plugin
Staatic Premium
Staatic crawls a WordPress website and builds a static publication from the pages and assets it discovers. Keep editing posts, pages, menus, media, and settings in WordPress; visitors receive prebuilt HTML, pictures, CSS, JavaScript, and other files. The public site can be served without WordPress, PHP, or a database generating each user request. This can reduce work at the WordPress origin and limit the WordPress systems exposed to public traffic. The origin, themes, plugins, accounts, and deployment credentials still need maintenance.
For sites published as files

When the paid process is useful
The Community edition supports generating and deploying a static version of a WordPress site. Staatic Premium extends that workflow with forms and search integrations, scheduled publications, change-based publications, additional automation, and deployment settings for Staatic Cloud. Staatic Cloud provides managed static WordPress hosting.
Forms and search that depend on server-side WordPress processing may need a compatible integration. Other dynamic functions, including native comments, some search implementations, eCommerce flows, membership areas, and personalized server-side data, may need a static-compatible service, a client-side integration, or a hybrid architecture.
From crawl to deployed publication
A publication starts at the site's front page or a configured Custom Origin URL. Add URLs or paths when they are needed. Staatic captures the generated pages and related assets, then creates output you can review and deploy.
Start from WordPress Admin or use the WP-CLI command. In Admin, check publication status, logs, resource details, and downloadable output. Supported deployment targets include Local Directory, Amazon S3 and S3-compatible storage, GitHub, Netlify, SFTP, and a zip archive.
Controls and supported setups
- Configure redirects and custom 404 pages.
- Set crawl exclusions and add URLs or paths.
- Set HTTP headers for the static output.
- Use Premium forms and search integrations or configure scheduled and change-based publications.
Staatic works with WordPress Multisite, WPML, and HTTP Basic Auth-protected WordPress origins. It also provides integration hooks and compatibility improvements for common WordPress setups.
Set up the WordPress origin
Install Staatic in WordPress, configure the origin and any additional URLs or paths, select a deployment target, then start a publication in WordPress Admin or with WP-CLI. Review its status, logs, and resource details before deploying the generated output. Premium and Cloud processes can then be configured for the available integrations, schedules, change-based publications, automation, or managed hosting.
