Appointment booking choices for WordPress

Simply Schedule Appointments Plus, Professional, and Business are paid editions of the Simply Schedule Appointments WordPress booking add-on. Create appointment types for phone calls, in-person or virtual meetings, coaching, consultations, interviews, classes, or services. Customers select an available time and submit the information requested in the booking form.

Set availability, blackout dates, and advanced scheduling rules. Options can limit daily appointments or set a minimum interval between bookings. A booked time is removed from availability, and availability is checked again while a customer completes a booking. If someone else takes the selected time, the customer is asked to choose another.

Choose individual, group, staff, or resource booking

For classes and group events, set the capacity a time slot can accept. Booking Flows let you choose from available steps and layouts for the booking process. Team booking lets staff receive appointments and personalize their own schedules. Resource booking can schedule meeting rooms, rental items such as bikes or tables, and maximum occupancy arrangements.

Coordinate calendars and customer follow-up

Google Calendar Sync checks a personal calendar for conflicts and lets you customize calendar events. ICS Subscription Feeds synchronize incoming bookings with personal calendar applications. These options support various calendar needs: checking an existing schedule for conflicts or receiving booking information in a calendar app.

Stripe and PayPal integrations can collect payment during scheduling. Mailchimp can add people from the booking form as contacts in an audience, while Twilio supports SMS notifications and reminders.

Connect forms, meetings, and processes

Gravity Forms and Formidable Forms integrations support more complex booking forms, and Gravity Wiz Perks is also listed among the paid integrations. For virtual appointments, connect Zoom, Google Meet, or Webex.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager can track booking form conversions. Webhooks can be triggered by appointment actions and connected to Zapier or Make. Other listed WordPress integrations include The Events Calendar, Project Panorama, LifterLMS, WP Fusion Automations, and Facebook Pixel.

Display a booking calendar

Add calendars to WordPress pages or posts with the [ssa_booking] shortcode, or display them through the Block Editor, Elementor widgets, Beaver Builder modules, or Divi modules. Styling and customization options help the booking calendar fit the surrounding site.
