MetaSlider Gallery Pro adds visitor controls and show options to WordPress galleries for images, videos, and slideshows. Build galleries in the block editor, Classic Editor, or a page builder, then insert them with a block, shortcode, or page-builder widget. You can reuse a gallery in several places for a portfolio, product imagery, an event collection, or other visual content.

Gallery layouts and display options

Choose one of five layouts to determine how visitors view images:

• Grid: arranges images in rows and columns with equal-sized cells.
• Masonry: places images flexibly to fill gaps left by shorter items.
• Justified: keeps each picture’s original aspect ratio.
• Carousel: displays one main image at a time, with arrows or thumbnail navigation.
• Showcase: displays one image at a time, with arrows and thumbnail navigation underneath.

Layouts reflow for phones and tablets. Set column counts for various screen sizes, adjust the height of Grid and Justified galleries, add a frame border to Carousel galleries, and use thumbnail navigation to browse.

Bring media into a gallery

Add new uploads, select files from the WordPress Media Library, import images from a server folder, or bring in a batch from a ZIP file. Server-folder and ZIP imports let you add an existing collection without selecting each file individually. The Image Styles panel applies the same visual treatment across a gallery.

Open images and video in a lightbox

Lightboxes can display images, image galleries, WordPress-hosted MP4, WebM, and MOV videos, YouTube and Vimeo videos, featured images, and MetaSlider slideshows. Use global settings to change the background and overlay, choose navigation icons, and control the option for opening media in a lightbox.

You can apply a lightbox automatically to images or enable it for galleries and individual images. MetaSlider Gallery also works with MetaSlider slideshows, so visitors can open a larger view of a slide.

Installation and use

Install MetaSlider Gallery Pro in WordPress and activate it. Open the Galleries screen, choose a layout, add media from an available source, and adjust the gallery or global lightbox settings. Insert the gallery with a block, shortcode, or page-builder widget, then set any needed Pro options for downloads, likes, sharing, image protection, or autoplay styling.
