White Label Pro for WordPress
White Label Pro is a WordPress administration customization tool for agencies and web developers creating client-focused sites. It adds branding and control settings for the login page, dashboard, admin menus, extensions, themes, admin bar, and other interface areas. The aim is to give clients a clearer WordPress experience by showing the tools and information they need while reducing unnecessary interface components.
Brand the login and dashboard
Create a custom login page with a layout, color scheme, background image, and logo that match a client’s identity. The login interface can also conceal the Remember Me checkbox, WordPress Language Switcher, Go to Site link, and Lost Your Password link.
After the login experience is configured, build a more focused dashboard. Remove default widgets, make custom widgets, or add a custom welcome panel in place of the standard WordPress welcome panel. White Label also lets you create a completely custom dashboard for users who should see a tailored starting point.
Control the WordPress admin
White Label Pro includes granular ways to shape what users see and manage. Hide entire sections of the admin menu, rename menu items, change menu icons, and rename or hide admin bar items. You can also hide individual extensions so clients cannot accidentally update or delete them, and hide themes from the Themes screen.
Additional controls include changing plugin and theme details such as names, descriptions, and links; hiding update notifications from non-admin users; removing admin notifications, Screen Options, and Help buttons; and adding a login redirect. You can change the WordPress login URL, set default WordPress email sender settings, disable the admin email verification screen, and insert custom CSS into the admin.
For broader visual consistency, personalize the admin color scheme and apply it to all users. Custom JavaScript can also be added to the admin area. Multiple administrators may be selected to bypass rules, and settings can be imported or exported for use across multiple websites. On a Multisite Network, settings from the main site can be applied to every site in the network.
White label supported plugins
White Label Pro adds white-label controls for selected third-party tools used by client sites. For Yoast SEO, it can remove branding and premium upsells. For Gravity Forms, it can customize branding and settings. For SearchWP, it can replace branding and control menu access.
Elementor can also be customized by hiding its logo, replacing the editor loading logo, changing the editor color scheme, replacing Elementor-related text, hiding navigation items, and hiding Pro upgrade nags and inaccessible functions.
Installation and setup
Install White Label Pro on the WordPress site you are preparing for a client, then use its settings to configure branding, access rules, dashboard content, and admin visibility. Work through the login, dashboard, admin, extension, theme, and Elementor options as needed, then review the resulting experience with the relevant user roles.
