CatalogX PRO for WooCommerce catalog enquiries
CatalogX PRO adds catalog, enquiry, and quotation controls to WooCommerce stores. Apply catalog mode across the store or to selected products. Hide or display prices, replace them with messages such as “contact vendor” or “coming soon,” and remove Add to Cart in favor of a custom, enquiry, or quote button. Catalog and sales modes can also run together, so customers can send an enquiry before deciding to buy.
Choose what shoppers can see and do

Catalog options can depend on login status and user roles, including authors and vendors. For a private store, conceal prices and Add to Cart until customers log in.
Collect enquiries for products and variations
Customers can enquire about one product or add several products to the Enquiry Cart and submit a combined request. Variable product support lets enquiries refer to a specific variation. Vendor-specific quote handling and MultiVendorX compatibility support stores that manage requests for products from multiple vendors.
Organize forms and follow-up
Customize enquiry forms with the fields your store needs, and manage query emails with templates. Queries can be sent to customers and vendors automatically. The integrated query management system stores queries and responses, while the Enquiry List lets administrators view, sort, and manage submissions by customer, product, or enquiry number. WooCommerce shortcodes are available to place supported functionality where needed.
Set up catalog rules
Install CatalogX PRO on a WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and activated. Choose whether catalog mode applies to the whole store or selected products, set any login or role rules, then configure price visibility, buttons, enquiry forms, and email templates.
