Set timing and workflow exits

Configure delays in a contact's timezone or for a specific time on a particular day. A workflow can also wait until a custom date selected in a submitted form. Add a goal to stop the remaining messages when a contact completes an action such as clicking a link, placing an order, or subscribing. Jumps move contacts to another workflow node; exits remove contacts who do not meet a condition.

Prepare messages and review results

Use the visual email builder to create campaign messages and customize WooCommerce templates such as order confirmations, login details, and delivery-completed emails. Save email designs as templates for reuse. Broadcast tools let you send or schedule campaigns and newsletters to selected audiences. Pro also supports email A/B tests, including versions with different subject lines or preview text.

The dashboard includes contact, email, SMS, order, and revenue totals, along with top automations, broadcasts, and popular emails. Pro also provides individual contact journeys and more detailed analytics, which you can review while assessing campaign activity.

Connect WordPress tools and email delivery

FunnelKit Automations Pro connects with WordPress add-ons including LearnDash, WishList Member, and Affiliate WP, and with services through Zapier, Integromat, Pabbly, and Integrately. For email delivery, it can be paired with SMTP services such as SendGrid, Mailgun, and Amazon SES.
