Configure each email

Choose from 18+ responsive templates, then edit the wording, layout, form fields, colours, links, graphics, buttons, and pictures without editing code. Add custom shortcodes when standard form values do not cover the content you need; shortcode suggestions are available while editing.

A visitor confirmation can provide a clear thank-you, while an administrator layout can make submitted fields easier to scan. Use live preview and test-send to review an email’s appearance and content before saving your settings.

Set up notifications

1. Install and activate Contact Form 7.

3. Choose templates for visitor confirmation and administrator notification emails.
4. Customize the content, branding, buttons, links, images, fields, or shortcodes.
5. Use live preview and test-send to review the result, then save your settings.

After setup, the selected branded emails are sent automatically with Contact Form 7 form submissions.
