Collect the details each order needs
Checkout Field Manager Premium lets store administrators edit WooCommerce checkout fields and add custom ones across the Billing, Shipping, and Additional sections. Reorder, remove, rename, highlight, show, conceal, or extend fields, and reposition the Additional Fields section to fit the checkout flow.
Choose field types and display rules
Create more than 20 types of custom fields: text, textarea, password, radio, checkbox, select, country, state, multiselect, multicheckbox, heading, color picker, file upload, email, phone, message, button, time picker, date picker, and number. Conditional fields can appear or be hidden according to the value chosen in a parent field. Premium can also filter fields by cart subtotal and add charges based on field values.
Choose where checkbox fields appear: the account area, checkout, orders, emails, or invoices. These controls let the form show relevant questions based on a customer selection or cart value.
Keep uploaded documents and field data with orders
Add unlimited file upload fields to checkout. Customers can upload or delete files through the order page, and the files appear in order details. Custom field values can also appear in the orders admin list, where administrators can sort or filter them. In each WooCommerce order, field data is grouped under Billing, Shipping, and Additional.
Adjust the checkout process
Force the shipping address option to keep shipping fields visible and require customers to complete them. You can also require account creation during checkout; the account is created with the billing email provided by the customer. Remove the order notes field, add a custom message before or after the form, or place the cart and checkout on the same page.
Setup and checkout compatibility
Install and activate the add-on in WordPress, then open its checkout field settings. Create or edit fields, select their section and type, configure visibility or conditional rules, and arrange their order. Review the checkout form and confirm that collected information appears in the relevant order sections.
The plugin does not support the block-based WooCommerce Checkout introduced in WooCommerce 8.3. To use its features, set the checkout page content to the classic shortcode [woocommerce_checkout].
