Apply email verification across customer accounts

Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce Pro adds controls for requiring email confirmation from new registrants and existing customers. You can exclude selected visitor roles when they do not need to complete verification.

Set access rules for unverified accounts

Restrict unverified customers from selected products, shop pages, categories, tags, the cart, or custom URLs. Pro can also block checkout, prevent guests from adding products to the cart, block WooCommerce order emails for unverified customers, and restrict the Thank you or Order received page. Customize the message shown when someone tries to access blocked content.

Manage verification events and activation links

Verification can be required after a password reset or when a customer’s non-free order is considered paid. When a customer changes their email address, Pro can unverify the account, log the customer out, and resend an activation link.

Administrators can manually verify or unverify users and resend activation links. Unverified users can be deleted manually or on an automated schedule. Verification can also be applied to current customers.

Activation emails and verification messages

Edit activation and verification email titles, headings, and content, and select a plain, WooCommerce, or Smart email template. Frontend verification messages can also be customized. A REST API endpoint lets you verify users through the REST API.

Selected compatibility settings

Compatibility options cover selected integrations and themes, including WooCommerce Social Login, Super Socializer, MyListing, Nextend Social Login, WooMail, Polylang, Essential Addons for Elementor, WooCommerce email customizers, Paid Memberships Pro, YayMail, and WoodMart.
