Prepare images and publish a gallery
Add images in bulk from the WordPress Media Library, arrange them with drag and drop, and set titles, captions, descriptions, ALT text and links for individual images. Choose a layout and adjust available options such as image size, spacing, alignment, borders, corner radius, shadows and the gallery loader.
Publish a gallery with the Gutenberg block, Elementor widget or shortcode. You can reuse a gallery on multiple pages and update its placements by editing the gallery once. Responsive output adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile screens, with separate column settings for each size.
Set how visitors browse
Available layouts include grid, masonry, rounded thumbnails, horizontal galleries and horizontal scrolling. Pro includes Mosaic, category and icon templates, plus galleries built from posts and pages. For larger collections, Pro also adds category tabs, filters, search, pagination, Load More and infinite scroll.
Visitors can open images in a responsive lightbox. Pro adds slideshow controls and additional lightbox styles, along with options for labels, captions, side panels, image navigation and show behavior. Caption Builder, hover captions, hover icons and EXIF data provide more ways to present image details. Pro also supports video galleries with YouTube and Vimeo entries.
Pro tools for image handling and access
Photo Gallery Pro can add watermarks to gallery images, lazy load images, optimize image sizes, set maximum dimensions and control frontend image formats such as WebP or AVIF. CDN integration is available for gallery assets. You can import images from Flickr, Tumblr, Google Drive or FTP, edit images visually within the extension workflow, and use social sharing.
For restricted collections, configure access for selected galleries or images, set unlock behavior and show thumbnail or popup previews. Pro supports private galleries, paid access to galleries, groups or selected images, and paid resolution downloads. Priority support is included with the Pro feature set.
Installation and setup
Install Photo Gallery Pro in WordPress and open the gallery tools in the administration area. Create a gallery and select a layout, then add images from the Media Library or an available external source. Arrange the images and add their details, configure the gallery's visual settings, and publish it with a block, Elementor widget or shortcode. After publishing, adjust any needed lightbox, watermark, optimization, import, access or download settings.
