Fluent Forms Pro extends a drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress. Arrange fields and sections without code to create contact forms, registrations, product orders, donations, quizzes, surveys, and calculators. Forms are responsive and accessible for visitors using various devices and needs.

Fields and form layouts

Pro includes more than 55 input fields, including image and file uploads, phone fields, ratings, checkable grids, range sliders, color pickers, dynamic fields, chained selects, and Net Promoter Score fields. Multi-column layouts place fields side by side, and multi-step forms divide longer forms into sections.

Conversational forms present one question at a time. Share them through direct URLs, shortcodes, or HTML embedding. Pro visitors can adjust their fonts, colors, and backgrounds, while visitors can move through questions using scrolling or key presses.

Conditional processes and notifications

Conditional logic can show fields based on a user’s answers. Confirmation messages can change when specified conditions are met, and conditional email routing can direct notifications according to submission details. Advanced validation helps control the information a form accepts.

Create payment, product order, subscription, and donation forms. Payment gateway integrations listed for Pro include PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paddle, Square, Paystack, Mollie, and Authorize.net. Combine payment fields with product details, quantities, payment methods, and summaries.

Numeric calculation tools support forms such as car loan, BMI, mortgage, and tax calculators. Set minimum and maximum values for numeric inputs. The PDF capability can generate invoices, reports, or order summaries for visitors to download or receive by email.

Quizzes, surveys, and entry management

Build scored quizzes and show results after submission or by email. Surveys can display their results. Inventory management, advanced reporting and search filters, admin approval, and automatic entry deletion support more structured workflows.

Styling and migration
