Create accordion groups in the WordPress backend, add or remove items, and arrange them with drag and drop. The editor includes content fields, multiple advanced custom fields, and an accordion preview. You can make unlimited groups and shortcodes for use across pages and posts or in different locations throughout a theme.
Choose how panels open
Toggle and collapse settings let one or more items stay open at the same time. You can also choose whether all accordion content starts hidden on page load or is displayed initially.
Adjust the design
- Choose from eight design templates and two integrated styles.
- Select from more than 500 Google Fonts and 12 open and close icon sets. The integrated Font Awesome picker offers another way to select icons.
- Apply more than 30 content animations and choose from four background overlay types.
- Set border colors and use the color controls to adapt the accordion to a website's visual style.
The preview lets you review the presentation while building and adjust its typography, colors, icons, animation, or panel behavior.
Place accordion groups
Use the generated shortcode in a page or post, or add accordion content with the widget option. The shortcode format is [WPSM_AC id=xx], where xx identifies the accordion shortcode.
To get started, install and activate Accordion Pro in WordPress, create a group in the backend, add content, choose its design and behavior settings, and arrange the items. Add the shortcode or widget where the group should appear, then preview and adjust the result.
