Read traffic by source, page and time
The dashboard includes visitors, sessions, pageviews, referrers, popular content and device data. Real-time analytics show the source of current visitors, the pages they are viewing and the number of active users. An optional Google Search Console integration can display Google search queries and performance data after you connect an account.
Goal and event tracking can record views, clicks, WordPress hooks, custom events and conversions. The Creator Plan adds UTM campaign tracking, so traffic can be reviewed alongside the campaign parameters attached to visits. Its advanced filters let you segment analytics by available dimensions, while country- and city-level insights add location context.
Choose the plan for the reporting task
- Creator Plan: Adds UTM tracking, country and city data, advanced filtering, automatic data archiving options and priority support.
- Business Plan: Includes Creator features, a full WooCommerce sales dashboard and revenue attribution that connects sales with traffic sources.
- Agency Plan: Includes Business features and utilities for creating shareable performance reports for clients.
All Burst Pro plans include priority support and direct contact with the developers. Business reporting helps relate store sales to traffic sources; Agency reports let teams share performance data with clients.
Keep analytics in your WordPress process
Site statistics are stored in the WordPress database. Burst includes a cookieless tracking option and is designed to support GDPR, CCPA, DSGVO, AVG, RGPD and PECR compliance. The tracking script is under 4 KB, and the extension uses optimized database queries. Optional Search Console connects to Google to retrieve search data; anonymous, aggregated usage sharing is a separate opt-in feature.
Weekly or monthly email reports can deliver analytics to your inbox, and notifications can alert you if tracking stops working. To get started, install and activate Burst in WordPress, then open the analytics dashboard. Review traffic and content data there, and configure the paid features included with your plan, such as campaigns, geographic insights, WooCommerce attribution or client reports.
