Track the store journey
For a store comparing activity across the shopping journey, product events and impressions, cart activity and checkout events provide data across those stages. The add-on also tracks purchases and coupon performance. Refund tracking is listed as a Pro capability.
Google Ads integration supports purchase conversion tracking. Facebook Pixel can track events and conversions for advertising. Other tracking options include User ID tracking, enhanced link attribution, Google Consent Mode, Measurement Protocol API support and Google Analytics DebugView. User ID tracking must be enabled in Tracking Settings; viewing that data also requires a User-ID view in Google Analytics.
Reports for traffic and sales
Pro reports cover acquisition channels, traffic sources and referrals, visitor behavior, devices, browsers, screen resolutions, demographics, engagement and retention. Demographic reports can include location, gender, age and language. Additional reports cover Google Ads, AdSense, search queries, organic traffic and enhanced ecommerce activity. WordPress dashboard reports and historical-period comparisons are also listed.
Tracking and privacy settings
Administrators can disable admin tracking, anonymize IP addresses, control User ID tracking, disable demographics and interest reporting, and use Consent Mode. These settings help configure data collection, but the plugin does not guarantee that a store meets all GDPR requirements.
If another analytics plugin already entries general page views, disable page view tracking here to avoid duplicate tracking. Tracking Settings also let you choose which events to send.
