Build and organize a WordPress video library
All-in-One Video Gallery Premium adds videos as WordPress posts, so you can create a searchable collection for a single player or a larger video library. It suits course creators, video bloggers, podcasters, businesses, and other websites that publish or embed video.
Manage videos in the WordPress administration area, add them individually or import them in bulk from a CSV file or folder, and export the collection. Organize videos with categories, subcategories, tags, and featured groups.
Set access rules for the whole library or for individual videos. You can allow all visitors, logged-in visitors, logged-out users, or selected visitor roles to watch. These rules control playback through the player; a publicly accessible self-hosted video file may still be opened directly by someone who knows its URL.
Choose sources and playback options
The custom HTML5 player works with MP4, WebM, and OGV files, HLS and MPEG-DASH streams, and embeddable players from YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Rumble, Facebook, and Bunny Stream. You can also use embed codes from other video-sharing sites.
Player controls include speed and quality selection, volume, picture-in-picture, fullscreen, sharing, embedding, downloading, subtitles, and keyboard hotkeys. Downloading applies to self-hosted or external URL sources when the video file is publicly accessible. Playback settings include autoplay, looping, muted playback, preload, and playsinline behavior.
WebVTT subtitles and captions are supported, with multiple subtitle tracks for self-hosted videos. The player also supports chapter markers and GDPR compatibility.
Present videos and help visitors find them
Premium gallery templates include popup, inline, slider, playlist, and compact modern layouts. Visitors can view responsive galleries, filter by category, tag, or featured status, and sort by posted date, title, views, likes, dislikes, random order, or custom menu order.
AJAX filtering lets visitors search by keyword, category, or tag without reloading the page. Numeric pagination helps with larger collections. Front-end functions include likes and dislikes, comments, social sharing for Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, and WhatsApp, dedicated search layouts, and controls for displaying individual HTML elements.
Use the Shortcode Builder, Gutenberg blocks, or widgets to add galleries, categories, video players, and search features around your WordPress site.
Automate imports and extend the viewing journey
Premium can import videos automatically from YouTube and Vimeo. Video Automations can fetch new videos from YouTube channels or playlists on a schedule. Premium includes Video SEO schema markup in JSON-LD and an automatic thumbnail generator.
Further options include custom logos and branding, a custom context menu, front-end video submissions, user playlists and favorites, and VAST or VPAID advertising. You can display trailers or teasers to visitors who cannot access a video. An email collection form can appear before, during, or after playback.
Set up the gallery
Install All-in-One Video Gallery Premium in WordPress and configure the player, gallery layout, access rules, and import or submission options. Add videos manually or import supported content, organize the collection, then place galleries with shortcodes, blocks, or widgets.
