Appointment booking from staff schedules
BookIt Pro extends BookIt, an appointment booking system and event calendar for WordPress. Set up services with their own durations and prices, assign staff, and configure working days and hours. BookIt uses these schedules to show available times and prevent double-booking.
Visitors can select a service and staff member, choose an available time, and submit a booking. An account is needed only when account use is enabled. Availability can appear in daily, weekly, or monthly calendar views, and administrators manage appointments from the WordPress dashboard.
Forms, calendars, and notifications
- Create as many booking forms or calendars as needed, including separate calendars for different services.
- Add a form to a page with its generated shortcode or an Elementor or WPBakery widget.
- Send notifications for new, updated, or upcoming appointments, and edit the email templates in the add-on options.
Optional Pro integrations and payments
BookIt Pro add-ons include WooCommerce integration, Google Calendar synchronization, drag-and-drop custom fields, and additional payment options such as PayPal. WooCommerce checkout lets clients complete payment through WooCommerce. Payment options depend on the add-ons enabled.
Custom fields let you collect extra information in the appointment request. When using the custom-fields add-on, arrange those fields by dragging them into place.
