Create products around scheduled services

Bookings for WooCommerce Pro lets a store offer appointments, rentals, events, consultations, classes, and other time-based services as bookable products. Customers select available dates and time slots from the store calendar. Store owners set booking durations and review reservations in calendar listings.

From the listings, you can confirm or reject booking requests and enable cancellations. Customers can view their bookings in one place, including the booking product and payment method used.

Set calendar, slot, and capacity rules

The Pro options cover individual booking dates, slot availability, daily capacity, and booking records:

• Single-day booking: Allow a customer to book one day or date instead of multiple days. This option works with the single calendar.
• Availability colors: Show available and unavailable slots with color codes in the date-picker calendar.
• Day-wise slot management: Configure booking settings for individual days and manage how slots are offered.
• Daily booking limits: Set the maximum number of bookings allowed for a resource on a single day.
• Booking order export: Export WooCommerce booking order data by referring to the name of the relevant booking product.
• Google Calendar sync: Sync processed bookings to Google Calendar.
• Email and SMS reminders: Configure booking reminders through the booking settings.

Apply the schedule to different services

For salons and spas, make separate products for treatments, massages, nail services, or consultations, each with its own duration, time slots, and pricing. Fitness trainers and gyms can use booking products for classes and personal training sessions. Compatibility with Subscriptions for WooCommerce also supports subscription-based booking products.

Healthcare providers can schedule appointments, therapy sessions, and consultations with 24-hour or AM/PM time slots. Consultants and coaches can offer consultations, coaching sessions, or workshops; administrators can use the Google Calendar integration. Event organizers can take booking requests for tickets, workshops, seminars, and conferences, then confirm or cancel reservations.

Add the calendar to your store

Bookings for WooCommerce is compatible with WPML and WordPress Multisite. Add a global calendar to pages using the Gutenberg Block or Elementor Page Builder. Shortcode-based placement is also available where applicable.

Compatibility with Points and Rewards, gift card extensions, Wallet System for WooCommerce, Upsell Funnel Builder, return and refund extensions, and Subscriptions for WooCommerce supports related store processes. Customers can use a wallet balance for bookings when Wallet System is available. Merchants can offer gift cards alongside booking products, create subscription-based bookings, and use related upselling or refund workflows.

Install and manage bookings

Install Bookings for WooCommerce Pro in a WooCommerce store, create bookable products, and define their booking settings. Set the relevant durations, dates, slots, availability, and resource limits. Then add the booking calendar using a global calendar option, Gutenberg block, Elementor, or shortcode-based placement where applicable.

After setup, review reservations in the booking listings and process requests. Export order data when needed, and use Google Calendar synchronization or reminder settings to support day-to-day scheduling.
