Set up schedules for appointments and reservations

Booking Package Premium adds booking controls to WordPress calendars for appointments, room rentals, services, events, facilities and other scheduled activities. Administrators manage schedules and booking records in the dashboard, while users use a responsive booking interface on the website. The booking process stays on the site without opening an iframe or a new window.

Booking times can be set in hours or minutes, with intervals as short as one minute. The system can be used for options such as hairdressers, clinics, hotels, schools, classrooms, massage services, seminars, conference rooms, studios, hospitals and dental appointments.

Set time and availability rules

• Display the remaining capacity for each booking time slot.
• Fix the visitor calendar to a selected year and month. While this setting is enabled, visitors can view that month but cannot navigate to others.
• Specify when a service is available, such as Mondays and Fridays from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Choose a period and delete published booking schedules within it.
• Share schedules from one booking calendar with multiple calendars.

Offer service choices and customer accounts

Add settings to services and let visitors select multiple services in one booking. Visitors can register as users through the plugin. Registered clients can skip entering personal information during booking, and administrators can manage those accounts under Booking Package > Users in the dashboard.

Handle booking changes

Administrators can modify a visitor's booking time and service details after submission. Visitors and users can cancel bookings. Administrators can review and edit customer bookings, change booking status, and create bookings for customers from the dashboard.

Check payment availability by plan

Online payment is specified for the Standard Plan. Its listed gateways are Stripe, including Apple Pay and Pay with Google, and PayPal.

From calendar setup to booking review

Create a booking calendar, define available times, add services and options, then set capacity and any availability rules. Add the booking interface to a WordPress page. Visitors pick services and an available time, enter their details or use an account, and complete payment when it is enabled for their plan. Staff can then review or update the booking in the dashboard.
