Bit Assist Pro for Multi-Channel Customer Support
Bit Assist Pro brings messaging buttons and support options together in floating widgets for WordPress websites. Visitors can pick from more than 30 channels, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Instagram, Discord, Slack, Viber, TikTok, LinkedIn, SMS, Signal, Snapchat, X, Line, WeChat, Pinterest and YouTube. You can also add buttons for services such as Tidio, Tawk, Crisp and Intercom. These connect visitors to external live chat services; Bit Assist Pro does not provide a dedicated live chat system itself.

Configure widgets for different support tasks
Create unlimited widgets and duplicate an existing one to reuse its setup. Widgets can serve different purposes across multiple sites, though multiple widgets cannot currently run on the same site. Choose which pages display a widget, set business hours, and choose its position in any corner of the page. Set it to open on click, on hover or by default, and choose whether it appears on desktop, mobile or both.
Adjust the widget’s style, color and icon, use dark mode, or add custom CSS. An optional call-to-action prompt can invite visitors to open the widget after a delay.
Forms, answers and order support
- Create a contact form with custom fields, including required or optional fields. Form submissions can be sent to an external service through a configured webhook URL.
- Add FAQs, a knowledge base, WordPress Search or custom iframe content as widget buttons.
- Add a WooCommerce button for order and shipping details. Customers provide an order ID and billing email; order details are limited to the logged-in customer who placed the order.
Measure interactions and publish beyond WordPress
Widget analytics show user and click counts. You can also configure Google Tag Manager click tracking. To use a widget on an external site, configure its channels, add the external domain, copy the provided script and paste it into the site. The publishing feature supports websites built with platforms such as Drupal, Joomla, Wix and Shopify.
Set up a contact process
Install Bit Assist Pro on a WordPress site, create a widget for a purpose such as general enquiries, sales questions or order support, then choose its channels and display settings. Use page filters when different parts of the site need different contact options. For form submissions that should continue in another application, configure the form fields and connect a webhook URL.
