Ninjalytics Pro for sales reports and order exports
Use the report builder to review WooCommerce product sales or prepare order details for fulfillment and accounting. Product Sales Reports group data by product or segment; Order Export Mode lists individual orders or line items. Easy Digital Downloads support is in beta.
Choose from more than 15 report templates or start with a blank report. Templates cover product sales, inventory, regional results, and order exports; some are Pro only. Select fields and filters, review the live preview, then download the report or send it by email.
What can reports include?
Run a report across the store or choose products, categories, and custom segments. Show product variations separately or group them together. Available fields cover orders, products, customers, taxes, refunds, and custom data. Rename fields, change their order, sort results, and limit output to the top number of rows.
- Filter by order status, customer user role, product tags, custom fields, order metadata, and variation-specific attributes.
- Use several custom segments at once to group results.
- Exclude free products from a report when needed.
- For order exports, select details such as status, dates, billing and shipping information, quantities, totals, taxes, shipping methods, and product data.
How can you set report dates?
Use a quick range, such as the last seven days or this year, enter relative dates, or set exact dates and times. Pro can base reports on paid dates, completed dates, or custom date fields instead of the standard order date.
Which Pro utilities add analysis options?
Create calculated fields with arithmetic operators and built-in functions. Functions include concatenating values, retrieving a post title or permalink, and converting timestamps to date and time values. Cost of goods sold, profit, and gross margin reporting requires a compatible COGS add-on.
Interactive line and bar charts help display report results; Pro includes pie charts. In the live preview, order and product IDs can link to their pages, order statuses can be color-coded, and negative numbers can be highlighted.
How can you export or share reports?
CSV is available, and Pro adds XLSX, HTML, and Enhanced HTML formats. Send a report to any email address with one click. Automatic delivery requires the scheduled reports add-on.
How can you reuse report settings?
Save report presets to execute them again later. You can also export settings to a file and import them elsewhere for backups, moving configurations between stores, or sharing setups with a team. Ninjalytics Pro supports WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.
