Add property search to a WordPress site
Showcase IDX connects WordPress sites with listings from multiple MLS feeds. Place search tools across the site
Widgets and shortcodes let you add search, maps, and galleries to dedicated search pages, existing content, or areas for particular audiences. The plugin integrates IDX content into the WordPress site without a subdomain or iframe. Listing pages and other IDX content are described as search-engine-indexable, and server prerendering helps search engines see listings as part of the site.
Set up registration and lead follow-up
Choose where, how, and when visitors are prompted to register for new listings that match their search criteria. Visitors can also sign in with a social media account. Real-time Showcase IDX lead data can capture and distribute contact information, trigger marketing automations, and help track prospects. Drip emails with new listings support continued communication after a search.
Connect an MLS feed and configure the add-on
For most MLSs, the Showcase IDX engine checks for updates every five minutes or less. MLS coverage varies, and some MLSs may charge a separate fee for feed access. IDX content is hosted on the platform's cloud service, while the WordPress plugin integrates it into your site.
Sign-up includes an e-signature agreement for each requested MLS. While approval is pending, you receive login credentials to install the plugin and access demo data. Install Showcase IDX in WordPress and follow the emailed "5 Steps to Success Checklist." Configure search, maps, galleries, registration prompts, calls to action, and lead workflows for your site. A ten-day trial with live data begins once the required approval and signature process is complete, as applicable.
Choose monthly or yearly billing
Showcase IDX offers monthly and yearly plans with no setup fees or long-term contracts. Plan details and pricing are available on the product pricing page.
